Is being a Virtual Assistant on your radar for 2016? {free training}

I really don’t think there is ever a week that goes by that people don’t ask me what it’s like, or what it takes, to work from home (on my own terms) as a virtual assistant and freelancer.

I think about half of them are secretly wondering if I am starving to death and half-expecting me to admit I gave up and am looking for a 9-5 job. I know this because their eyes get a tad bigger when I tell them that not only am I LOVIN’ it…I’m KILLIN’ it. 🙂

My successful VA business (that I’ve worked since 2011) has allowed me the chance to earn a steady income from home, be there for my kids and never have to ask anyone for a day off work!

Working from home as a virtual assistant does certainly have its trials and tribulations, but no more that any other business owner would experience.

I recently ran into a someone who I’ve known for years that had been a dedicated 9-5 white color professional forEVER. She is now working from home with her own business and also managing a successful direct sales venture to boot. She admitted to me that she is the happiest she’s been in years, is more enthusiastic about work than ever and agreed she could “never go back” (to working for someone else).

I wholeheartedly agree. Yes, there are challenges, there are tough times, but the work is so rewarding and the flexibility is priceless.

But enough gushing from me 🙂 The real scoop is that my friend and fellow VA, Alicia Jay from New VA Advice has been so kind to put together a FREE content-rich webinar for new virtual assistants that I think should be a “must Do” for anyone toying with the idea of being a virtual assistant. Those who register will get the replay so, even if that date and time doesn’t work for you, I would absolutely sign up so you CAN listen to this valuable info in our own time.

Alicia has been a successful VA since 2009 and has a story very similar to mine. She is a class-act when it comes to conducting business and helping other VAs do the same.

New Va Advice

When: Dec. 10th at 1:00 PM EST

 In this training, she will show virtual assistants how to:

–>Switch your mindset from being one of an employee to that of an entrepreneur.

–>Get complete clarity over what services you should offer that are really needed in the marketplace.

–>Finding your target market – those clients that NEED what you have to offer.

–>Price your offerings and services appropriately so that they make sense for your clients, but also pay you what you’re worth.

While this is a free training and she plan on offering a lot of great content at no cost, she will be explaining how new VAs can work with her further to achieve their goals with my new coaching program. (another thing I highly recommend!)

So, if you are ready to start your virtual assistant business, but feeling overwhelmed and confused as to how to get started, this webinar will be the bees knees.

If you have been wondering how to build a solid foundation for a business that will last in order to create the lifestyle that you really want…you truly need to set aside time to gather the info you need to take the first step, an empowering step, towards a better 2016.
