Greetings! My name is Becky Flansburg, and I’m glad you’re here. 🙂
I’m a freelance Content Creator, Copywriter, and storyteller in Northern Minnesota. I am a non-fiction/memoir ghostwriter because I firmly believe that everyone has at least one story inside of them.
Whether it’s a life memoir, the knowledge that came from a lifelong journey, guidelines for homeschooling, a lesson to teach others, no matter what stage of life you are in, a desire to inspire change, or raise awareness in the form of a published book, can be a daunting and confusing task. I can be your guide, helping you organize your story and create the book of your dreams. Every writing project originates with an idea and a desire to make change. I Wear Many Hats: My name is Becky Flansburg (a.k.a Franticmommy), and I am a freelance writer, accountability coach, home business consultant, and project manager. I’ve been flying solo as a work-from-home pro for almost a decade, and I can’t imagine another way of life. I am a dedicated mom to two beautiful adult children, and I was blogging before blogging was cool. This site is filled with laughter, love, and a commitment to helping women realize their work-from-home dreams, enjoy life beyond the cubicle, and find clarity in the work/life/family balance.
As the former Project Manager for the non-profit children’s literacy initiative, Multicultural Children’s Book Day, and the current Assistant to the Director of our local Senior Center, I am enjoying my midlife years serving others.

My Journey: I left an industry that I had worked in for 30 years in 2011 to pursue my new career as a Virtual Assistant and Freelance Writer. It was, and still is, a journey filled with ups and downs, huge learning curves, new adventures, and absolutely no regrets. Armed with what I know now, I want to empower other mothers and women (like myself) to reclaim their lives and pursue their dreams of business ownership.
As the years have ticked by, my writing business has evolved. I am proud to say that I mainly focus on writing projects that support other authors. My greatest passion is serving as a “book shepherd” and ghostwriter, enabling those with amazing stories to share their work with readers. One thing about helping others become authors via ghostwriting is that you are, in fact, a ghost. The work I do to help people organize their thoughts and pull stories from their hearts is very behind the scenes. And I am completely OK with that.
