Lagom.
Lagom is a Swedish word that means enough, just the right amount, not too much, not too little, moderation. I am not 100% sure, but the English word minimalism is likely the closest thing we Americans have to that concept. It’s pronounced “la-gum” and those who practice it encourage that lagom be applied to all aspects of life.
Not minimalism…but not hoarding either. Lagom is somewhere in the middle where it’s “just right.”
A friend of mine, Evans Bowen, walked the Camino de Santiago in 2014. In case you didn’t know, this is a spiritual pilgrimage voyage that typically encompasses over 30 days of hiking. She did the whole trek with only one spare shirt and one spare pair of pants. Now THAT’S lagom!
Over the last 24 months, I have been on a mission to “lighten the load” and release hundreds of pounds of excess “stuff.” When I say “release,” I’m not referring to the freeing of a wild animal who had spent too much time in a cage (though, having all that clutter around me did feel like I was living in the confines of a cage). I mean “release” as in bless-and-release.
Having a fresh start/clean slate in a new home was an excellent way for me to determine what was important, truly keepsakes, non-negotiable needs, and things that made my heart sing. My new abode is a serene, calm place that is free of “piles” and too much stuff. It’s my daily testament to “letting go.”
Letting go of the excess so I can BREATHE.
So as we all start the fresh path of 2021, who will be choosing a more pared-down life? 2020 was an eye-opener, for sure! But I think I’m not the only one who notices that we still live in the land of “way too much.”
I have more than one change of clothes but definitely, far fewer possessions than I used to. Just what I need, not too much.
Lagom, achieved.
Ready-to-Go blog content (also known as PLR) is a great way to shave precious time off your content creation while also offering your readers the details and advice that they crave.
With that in mind, my “go-to” supplier of ready-made content (White Label Perks) has some new content that I am exceptionally excited about and eager to you. And I know my fellow content creators will love it too.
It’s called Rock Your Courageous New Year. The pack includes a pillar post (1,200+ word blog post), 10 drool-worthy graphics, and 30 social media updates.
If that content has you excited, make sure to check out their awesome workbook. It’s filled with valuable content (3,000+ words), helpful exercises, and a notes section (so your readers can list what they’ve learned!).
In the workbook, the WLP team shared how to overcome fear and take action successfully. You can show your people how to…
- What Does Courage Look Like for You?
- Get Clear on Your Fear
- Create a Courageous New Plan
- Feel the Fear & Face It
- Self-Care Is Essential to Courage
- Find Your Dream Team
Here’s the cool thing: When you get your audience to embrace courage, they begin seeing the power of taking action in other areas of life. It’s pure magic to lead and coach clients through this process!
{Hot Tip: Include a picture of the eCover here and link to WLP with your affiliate ID}
Along with the workbook, you’ll get these goodies…three autoresponders for relationship building follow up, an attractive editable eCover (Photoshop source file included), and the opt-in page copy (it’s so easy to use!).

What I LOVE about the content from White Label Perks is that it shaves hours off my content creation time. If I tried to publish a workbook on my own, it would take me roughly 10-15 hours (and that’s before I get to the eCover design!).
But this pack? It’s so easy to use I can implement it in an afternoon!
To your success,
