I adore really good information that can help me be and better me, and also help improve my family’s life in general. Becky Mansfield from Your Modern Family is one of those people who always has amazing blog post crammed with solid info, and lately I’ve discovered the joy and bounty of the many ebooks she has written.
The Moms Guide to Saving Money was one that caught my eye. As a self-employed individual, I am always curious about creative ways to cut costs, stretch the budget and hacks and shortcuts that can save money. SO…I bought Becky’s book.
“My goal, for writing this book, is to share ideas with you about how you can save money for your family, make money from home, and make it easier plus more affordable to reach your goal, whatever that may be. I will share with you tips to prepare your family for your journey to be a stay-at-home parent or to teach your family how to save money.”–Becky Mansfield
I truly think ebook will be helpful to far more people then STAHMs or WAHMs. This ebook is for anyone who wants to start saving now in hopes of working less in the future. I’m new to SAHMommyhood, as I have made the decision to stay home with my 4year old and 7month old. It’s a nerve-wracking, exciting step for our family, but I am nervous about living on one income. I’m also a newbie blogger, too. I will definitely be considering buying this book – it sounds like there are lot of great tips in it.

Hi Jennifer! I try to be as transparent as possible in the book and also on this blog. It IS possible to make $$ from home without having to do thankless surveys or sell your time for peanuts. I am doing a two-part series this week on How to Earn a STEADY income from home and there are some goodies in there you might find useful. https://franticmommy.com/2015/08/how-to-make-a-steady-income-as-a-wahm-part-two.html
