The Countdown to MCBD2023! #ReadYourWorld

Can you believe it’s less than a week until the 10th annual Multicultural Children’s Book Day (MCBD) online celebration?!

Many of you may remember that this epic non-profit initiative to promote diversity in children’s literature was a huge part of my life for over nine years. Though I stepped away from this project to pursue other dreams and aspirations, it will always have a special place in my heart.
As I predicted, this online celebration continues to morph and improve. The biggest change this year is that the virtual party🎉on the 26th will take place on ZOOM instead of Twitter.
