When I found this recipe, I thought it would be perfect for people like me who are just not sure how to tell when poultry is thoroughly cooked (and not as dry as a popcorn fart). Give this a try:
BAKED STUFFED CHICKEN:
6-7 pound chicken
1 cup butter melted
1 cup stuffing
1 cup uncooked popcorn
salt/pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brush chicken well with melted butter, salt and pepper to taste. Fill cavity with stuffing and popcorn. Place in baking pan with the neck towards the back of the oven. Listen for popping sounds. When the chicken’s a$$ blows the oven door open the chicken flies across the room…it’s done.
And you thought I couldn’t cook.

And to think…I almost didn’t read this post because I’m a vegetarian.
Too funny!
now that is funny.
I think I made that last night 😉
Just not on purpose!
That is too funny! Stopping by from SITS! Great recipe!
Perfect! I would try it, but when the chicken’s ass blows through the oven door, who do you suppose would have to clean up that mess? Even easy cooking is no fun…
(Thanks for visiting my blog!)
Lol!
haha! i laugh, but really i need this to cook my chicken 🙂
I’m almost tempted to try this just for the family entertainment it would provide. But I guess I really don’t need to break anything in the house we rent as it’s falling apart on its own just fine – only a month and a half til we move.

Perfect for us undomestic ladies. I find myself a stay at home mom who hasn’t quite gotten the hang of this cooking/cleaning/housewife thing. Good thing my husband doesn’t expect much. Ah ha
Oh, finally a recipe I can relate to. While cooking eggs this morning I didn’t start the eggs on fire; I started the pan on fire. (Yes, it’s possible) Thanks for the laugh. Stopping by from SITS.
Baked Stuff Chicken sounds tasty. My family would like to try something new. I hate rotating the same menu over and over, but it’s really easy to do. Maybe I should try this recipe and switch things up a bit.
